The Odisha FC Reserve Team will be participating in the 132nd Edition of the Durand Cup.
The squad will be led by Head Coach Amit Rana and comprises of the best local talent from the state. This will provide a platform for some of the states best players to test their mettle against quality Indian opposition.
Goalkeepers: Niraj Kumar, Siddhanta Padhan
Defenders: Tankadhar Bag, Hendry Antonay, Pintu Samal, Wangden Lama, Dheeraj Datta, Harishankar Nayak,Laxmidhar Badanayak, Rakesh Oram
Midfielders: Pungte Lapung, Adwin Tirkey, Samir Karketta, Bikash Sahoo, Chandra Murmu
Forwards: Aphaoba Singh, Kartik Hantal, Anand Oram, Rahul Mukhi, Raisen Tudu, Chandra Muduli, Rajesh Nayak
Odisha FC, after signing Sergio Lobera as their head coach, are doing some massive work in the market. They had previously extended the contracts of Carlos Delgado and Diego Mauricio and now they have brought in top-notch proven ISL champions to the contingent Mourtada Fall, Ahmed Jahouh and Roy Krishna.
Odisha FC were in need of midfielders in their squad since Princeton Rebello is the only Indian medio right now. With the addition of Puitea from Mohun Bagan, Lobera will be able to showcase what he wants his team to. Moreover, after winning the Hero Super Cup, the team is now charged up to win the Indian Super League as well.
